Some students have reported that they cannot log in to the site MySnu.

We are checking the problem, so please do not inquire by e-mail. :)

The solutions we suggest are

1. Please enter the exact name you received on the invoice

- Attempt in uppercase(CAPITAL) letters

- Beware of spacing between names

- Be careful not to leave spaces before and after the name

2. Be aware of input the Birth-date in proper format

EX) YYYYMMDD(20220131)

Even if the wrong name (the name you entered when you first applied) is written on the invoice, please create an ID with that name.

We will correct the wrong name on the invoice after program started.
